Oh, so, I am not working from 4am-11am. I am, in fact, working from 3am-11am. I am pretty sure you will hear me complain about this for the next 6 months. During those very unfriendly hours, I will write ... scripts for the morning news show! That airs while you are all still sleeping.

This simple fact means I will have no social life whatsoever, simply because I have to sleep in the afternoon and at 9pm at night in order to get a good amount of sleep into my day. No Far East shopping trips, no trips to the theater ... nothing, unless I offer up my sleeping hours as a sacrifice. I have Saturdays and Sundays free, sort of. Goodbye world, I'll reappear after August the 24th for a few days, and then I'll have to leave our very humid shores.
