Chef extraordinaire of the famed French seafood restaurant Le Bernardin (at which I had the pleasure to dine a few weeks ago) and occasional guest on everyone's favorite tv show Top Chef Eric Ripert ... has a blog!
Avec Eric comes complete with a how-to video, a short write-up (no doubt produced by some poor intern of some sort ...) and a recipe. I've only seen one video so far, of Eric making his mustard encrusted salmon (which is compelling enough to make me want to use mustard, a condiment I detest), and he really imparts some of his culinary wisdom, which is nice.
I am salivating.
