So, the other day, I watched the first episode of Season 2 of The O.C., trashiest show since Melrose & Beverly Hills (namesake tv shows DO ME PROUD. yeah. cough.). How do I watch this despite the fact that local tv is still showing Season 1? I fear direct admission of the real reason might incriminate me.
Anyway, so I watched it, mocked it for about 20 minutes until Seth Cohen appeared. I fear for the upcoming episodes, in which new love interests who are NOT Anna appear. But do you know what's better than watching trashy television? Reading the Television Without Pity recap of it. I wanted to fall out of my seat and die of laughter and happiness.
On another note, I've decided a lot of rubbish I ordered online in the past month has been .. rubbish, and I quite regret it. I think I shall be more prudent about it. But there's this shirt I really want. I've decided I dream of being a fashionista but truly only want to wear funny t shirts with 80's thing-a-ling earrings for the rest of my life. In case you were puzzled by the "YOU ARE NOTHING WITHOUT YOUR ROBOT CAR, NOTHING!" tagline on the tshirt, it was something that an undoubtedly ardent fan of David Hasselhoff, Baywatch hasbeen & rehab king, shouted to him in public once. Even if it isn't true, repeating it to myself puts me into fits of laughter.
Its nice to know that in the warfield of disaster (i.e. my examinations and crippled studying habits), I can still muster a laugh.
