Not to harp on the same subject, but one of my favorite things to do is Tivo every last No Reservations episode I haven't seen (and maybe even some I have ...), and spend hours endlessly watching it while I lie under my cosy comforter. I just watched the episode where he goes to Spain, and to be honest, I'm not that huge a fan of Spanish food, but he focuses more on the innovations of nouveau Spanish cuisine, and its completely amazing. I mean, I think my brain basically exploded upon finishing the episode. If you too, would like to witness some jaw-dropping food skills, I've located the youtube video of the episode ... it is pure food sex. Really.
